Sibling trio The Band Perry‘s latest hit Postcard from Paris is gracing radio airwaves everywhere! But what– or should we say who– is it really about?
Lead singer Kimberly Perry tells us it’s, “really about that person you saw once, twice, maybe you saw them every day of your life, fell madly in love with them, but never were able to actually be in a relationship with them.”
Yeah, that’d be pretty tough.
So tough in fact that Kimberly says, “you’re ruined for it… for life.” She says it’s about the feeling that “nobody’s ever going to look as handsome or as beautiful as that one did ever again.”
We’re counting down the days until fans can see The Band Perry at Chicago’s own iconic Wrigley Field! And Miranda Lambert and Chris Young will be there, too. Oh yeah, someone by the name of Brad Paisley will be there, also (Can you say “highlight of the summer?!”).
But Miranda and Chris seem to have a lot in common. Take exercising for example. They even share the same personal trainer. So what dirt did we learn about their workout routines?
Not much, other than the fact that they both put off working out as long as they possibly can every day!
And some good news for Randy Travis in what’s been a pretty rough few months with his divorce: he’s recorded a new theme song called “Unbelievable” for Broadcast of Champion Bullriders, which debuts Sunday on the Fox Sports Network.
Last but not least, happy birthday to Ronnie Dunn and Andy Griffith! Make some good wishes, guys!
